A deposit of € 200.00 must be left for each property to be rented. This can be reserved on site on a credit card or left in cash.

Please note that for technical reasons it is not possible to make a reservation by cell phone or VISA DEBIT card. Therefore, please make sure that you have a valid credit card or the corresponding amount of cash with you when you collect your vehicle.

All our bikes are insured against theft and vandalism. They are also equipped with a GPS tracker so that the location of the bike can be pinpointed in the event of theft.

Yes, a high-quality chain lock is provided with every rented bike.

The load capacity of cargo bikes varies considerably depending on the brand and model. There are models that are specially designed for transporting children and offer a maximum payload of 60 kg. On the other hand, there are also models that can carry up to 200 kg and can therefore even transport the whole family. For particularly bulky or heavy loads, it is advisable to use a special trailer. You can also find these among the rental objects.

• Cancellation of a rental contract that has already been concluded is only possible for serious reasons (illness, travel cancellation or unexpected emergencies) upon presentation of appropriate proof. The proof must be received by the lessor in writing before the agreed pick-up time.
• Cancellation for other reasons may be accepted as a gesture of goodwill after prior consultation. In this case, a refund of payments already made is excluded, but the rent can be made up at a later date if necessary.

The bikes can be collected and returned on the agreed days during our opening hours.
