1. By handing over the bicycle the lessor assures that it and its accessories are in a roadworthy roadworthy, flawless and clean condition.
2. The bike is fully insured against theft and vandalism from the time it is handed over. The prerequisite for this is that the renter secures the bike as described below.
3. We provide a suitable lock to secure the bike free of charge.
4. The renter undertakes to use the bicycle only on paved roads and for its intended use, in compliance with the statutory regulations, in particular the road traffic regulations.
5. The bicycle may only be ridden by the renter or persons authorized by the renter.
6. The bicycle may not be used for trips abroad or for illegal purposes without the written permission of the rental company.
   

1. The renter undertakes to treat the bicycle properly, to maintain it in accordance with the technical regulations and to park it safely. The bicycle must be secured to a fixed object such as a lamppost and the frame lock must also be used.
2. Any defects that occur during the rental period must be reported to the Rental Firm at the latest when the bicycle is returned.
3. Detachable displays and batteries must never be left unattended on the bike.
   

1. In the event of damage, the tenant is obliged to inform the landlord immediately.
   

1. The renter must inform the lessor immediately if the bicycle is involved in an accident or is stolen. In the event of an accident, a detailed written report with a sketch must be submitted, including the names and addresses of the persons involved, any witnesses and the registration numbers of the vehicles involved.
2. All rental properties are equipped with a GPS tracker so that the rental property can be located and recovered by the police in the event of theft. We expressly point out that this GPS tracker is not used to monitor our customers. 

1. The bicycle must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
2. The hirer is liable for culpable damage to the bicycle and for any breach of their contractual obligations, including incidental damage costs.
3. If a third party compensates the landlord for the damage, the tenant is released from their obligation to pay compensation.
   

1. The lessor reserves the right to charge the renter for any damage to the bicycle caused by the renter.

1. No other ancillary agreements have been made, and amendments or additions to the contract must be made in writing, including this clause.
2. Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
3. Cancellation of a rental contract that has already been concluded is only possible for serious reasons (illness, travel cancellation or unexpected emergencies) upon presentation of appropriate proof. The proof must be received by the lessor in writing before the agreed pick-up time.  
4. Cancellation for other reasons may be accepted as a gesture of goodwill after prior consultation. In this case, a refund of payments already made is excluded, but the rent can be made up at a later date if necessary.  

A deposit of € 200.00 is required for each rental item on collection. This deposit will be refunded upon proper return of the item. Payment can be made by credit card or in cash.

The reservation requires either a pre-authorized credit card payment or a cash payment on site. Please ensure that your credit card has sufficient funds.
