Deposit for rental bikes  

A deposit of € 200.00 per bike must be paid when collecting our rental bikes. The deposit can be paid in the following ways:​

✔ Cash payment on Site 

✔  Credit card reservation (the physical credit card including PIN must be available)​

Please note that it is not possible to reserve the deposit amount by cell phone or VISA DEBIT card for technical reasons. Therefore, please ensure that you have a valid credit card or the corresponding amount of cash with you when you pick up your vehicle.

Collection/return

• Collections and returns are only possible during our opening hours. We do not offer this service on Sundays and public holidays.
• In case of heavy soiling, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €50.00.
• The bicycles must be returned in the same condition as when they were picked up.
